To honor Beth, to continue her work, and to sustain her vision of global peace and understanding, a memorial fund was created by her family and friends to educate the girls where Beth served. Today, going to school is the best chance Zambian women have to take control of their lives. An educated population is essential if Zambia is to combat HIV/AIDS, gender inequality, and the overwhelming problems of poverty.

You-tube finally accepted this video of our Lumwana West Village, Zambia site assessment (after rejecting it with the Paul Simon track used in the last version)! I used a track of Lunda singers that Rob gave me, so it shan't be rejected or muted by the powers that be. The project designs are going well, and we are currently working on membership (a January distinguished speaker meeting is planned with the intent of attracting more local engineers to the club) Enjoy! and Happy New Year!
